We are satisfied with their offerings and find them comparable to others.The turn around has become much better, the customer service has improved greatly, and the customer portal gives members much more control of what is going on with claims. I have submitted several claims in the past couple of months and they have been handled with dispatch. Filing a claim is easy, claims are processed very quickly, and everyone I have spoken to is knowledgeable and caring.Vet bills can be very expensive and pet insurance with a company like PetWatch is a good value for caring pet owners that don't want to be liable for thousands of dollars in treatment costs. Embrace makes it very easy early on, to understand exactly where your pet stands as far as it's pre-existing conditions. The processing time is just fine. Claims are handled quickly and periodic updates provided until a claim is settled.It doesn't take very long to get money back. They take very good care of my pet and they help me provide the things I need to do for my pet. It's very fair priced. Health insurance is a must for your pets, and I would definitely recommend Embrace!
Figo have been wonderful with our pet's (Cooper) coverage. Rates were the best We found doing my research. Always responsive and well organized in the effortless process in event of a claim filed.I find the App to be very helpful for submitting claims. Most claims I have submitted have been approved and the coverage is decent. I rarely need anything from customer service, but when I do they’re always very friendly and helpful. My cat has had a number of health issues this year and Figo has covered them. I have one agent in particular who has gone above and beyond my expectations. We have had Nationwide for years and makes it affordable for my cat to receive yearly check ups and get the medication he needs.They have paid everything they are supposed too.The claim process is easy to submit and easy to track.The couple times I had to call, the customer service person was incredibly helpful and nice. Their site is also great for tracking past claims and other policy information, such as what's covered. Vet bills can be pricey and feel better knowing we will receive some of the expense back. I will definitely use Nationwide for our next pet as well. I am always impressed with the level of correspondence and concern. It certainly sets Nationwide apart from other pet insurers.

I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration shown to me as a consumer. Good level of communication. Good to have Petplan Insurance as a catastrophic cost back-up (major surgery, other extended treatment).Peace of mind is what is most important to me. My experience with Petplan Pet Insurance has been positive all the way. They are very fast to pay for all legitimate vet bills, and I can rest assured that if my pet needed complicated specialty vet care, my pet would be covered. I was so fortunate that I had signed up for Petplan pet insurance. Great company to deal with!
I have had my kitty insured by Pet Assure for several years. Also have a Wellness Plan for her. Both the Accident/Illness insurance and the Wellness Plan pay for themselves in terms of money saved on vet bills. They make everything quick and painless while communicating every step of the way.They also provided excellent information regarding processing the claim. Our claim was processed in a timely manner without any discrepancies. I feel better able to get quality veterinary care for them now.They cover a portion of most of your vet visits, even for pre-existing conditions.It comes in helpful if your insurance doesn't cover exams or the like.Such wonderful people to do business with. For anyone looking for pet insurance, I would highly recommend Pet Assert Pet Insurance.
