I am very impressed with the speed with which they reviewed the initial claim and the appeal, and made payment. The hospital handled all transaction with Trupanion making it effortless and easy in a time when I didn't need any added stress in my life.The customer reps are uniformly smart and super well-versed in claims handling.Trupanion was there for us when we needed them, and for that I am incredibly grateful.They are the best pet insurance company out there.

They come right away.I can't find any fault with their equipment. Plus, it was good and easy to get the system up and working, it works properly. I'm just happy with the services. If I have a problem with it, they always take care of it on time. Everything is just like they've said it would be.

It is very convenient, because I can use it on my wrist.Feel very safe wearing it, knowing that someone will be there to help me if I need them. I've had the device for around 10 months.This would be a wonderful help to me but it is definitely not more important than food or medicine. Maybe some time in the future. It's affordable and easy to use. The guy I spoke with to get everything set up was very helpful.I wear it around my neck and it's so lightweight that sometimes I don't even know I have it on. The customer support is efficient as well.Gives me sense if security when alone and enables me to do everyday things I enjoy.The product is really easy to use.

The service is a little pricey, but its generally worth it. It's compact and functional and does what it says it's going to do.I like the easiness of the device. I don't have to push a lot of numbers to talk to them, I can just press one and get a hold of someone very quickly.I've only used it once, but the response was very fast and professional.Anytime I call to ask for information, they're right on the ball.The system works just like it should and they called right away and ask if you are ok.
I bought a warranty a few months ago for my car. I found something I may be interested in so I took advantage and signed up. The reps I dealt with on the purchasing was good.American Auto care treated me very well. They came through for me. They explained the policy to me and they assisted me greatly.They have reasonable prices. I ended up getting the Exclusionary and it came with free maintenance coverage. They paid the whole maintenance plan. This shows me that there is care and application for the type of vehicle being worked on was the correct fit and replacement for the parts that were bad.Good support with integrity.They are awesome and I recommend them to everyone I know.
I had a CAR AC failure.Took care of claim immediately. I need it to go back and forth to work and to take care of my everyday assignments and activities. I had a very good experience with American Shield when I needed coverage. They were very good at explaining the coverage and paid the claims promptly.American Auto Shield does what they say. They are very professional and try to help out as much as they can.So far I have no complaints about Auto shield, every department's handle my claim with care and satisfaction. Easy to deal with awesome to be able to get all information over to the company by email.Will get coverage again when warranty runs out on my new car.

I feel it was a great price.I haven't seen any issues after going through one claim process.He goes above and beyond the standard of the company policies to ensure her clients are well taken care of. It was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate his customer service skills.Facts reported are accurate and the facts are relational to the areas of concern when purchasing a car.Very happy with the service they offer.I hope the rest of my experience if i should ever have to use the warranty will be as great.
