Xfinity Home was our security system of choice because the technology enabling us to stay connected to our home while away from home. We had an issue with our communication device in our keypad. We called Xfinity Home and they promptly tested the device and then over-nighted another communication device to our home to get our system back online. We never expected such a quick service that was tremendously appreciated since our house was not being monitored. Must give them a try
I ordered to replace my current home security system due to the monthly cost. The setup and installation process was not hard and pretty much guided so I didn't have to worry about any possible problems or issues. Installation was fast and easy! There was definitely no problem setting it up! It's fast and simple and you don't have to worry about installing any wires into your home. The monitoring is awesome as it allows me to monitor anywhere when I'm not at home. I could be out and about and I can see what's going on at my house at all times from my phone. Easy to see whatever I'm looking for with great ease and easy viewing. Crisp, clear and easy to view what's on the monitors. I don't have to worry about the security anymore. It is a great deal. Pretty good system and monitoring is definitely recommend to others.
The set up was professional, the technician was patient and willing to explain everything. There was no mess to clean up after installation. I was extremely satisfied. The only thing that could have been exceptional is that the customer service rep could have given the extra option of the kind of window sensors I ended up with. That was not mentioned to on the phone, so the higher expense was unexpected when we chose to run with that kind of sensor.
Xfinity is good when you have a small house and does not requires any complex security measures. The equipment is good but it needs improvement as it does not connected with the sim card. The company offer contract of minimum two years but the equipment has warranty of 1 year and they charge extra amount to renew the warranty. The company is improving its services and I am satisfied so far. I would recommend it to the people who do not have complex security needs.
