I get warnings when accounts are opened, I get my credit scores, they monitor many different sites.Whenever I have an alert come through my phone via text, I just give them a call and in less than a minute they explain what triggered the alert and we clear it. They notified me of fraudulent activity involving my personal information and walked me through step by step of what to do next. I was very impressed with the help and care.Highly recommended!

Within 24 hours of starting my membership with TrustedID I received a credit report and valuable data breach information. The agent with whom I spoke was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I receive periodic reports from them, and it is reassuring to know there have been no attempts to breach my security.Every month we receive a letter advising of us of any problems, and we haven't had any. It's been going all right.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service departmentI strongly suggest that Central Mortgage look to change this policy.I've had a great experience with Central Mortgage Company so far. I was lucky enough to be connected with an awesome Customer Service representative.One year in, no complaints with this company. I use my credit union for bill pay. They have paid everything they are supposed to pay regarding impounds. It's a mortgage company that buys other mortgages, so I wasn't exactly expecting five stars all over the place, but the experiences that people are talking about I just haven't had.
I've never had a problem with Arvest Central Mortgage. I've been with them for about 5 years with no issues. Central Mortgage does not make any money out of this. In fact they will pay you some interest on extra money if there is a surplus.My experience with Central has been rather good so far. I've contacted them several times to work out minor issues, and each time I was able to get through on the phone rather quickly. The representatives I've spoken with have been friendly and most sound knowledgable.As long as you reach out to someone in the event you need help, everything will likely be ok!
The folks there were very friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions that we had for them. It was a very pleasant experience for us. I had our Mortgage through Bank of America.And after discussion with her manager, they approved the loan stating they had faith I would not be jobless for long.Kind of nice not having to worry about any of it.There website is very easy to navigate for all purposes. Whether you need to make a payment, or find any historical data pertaining to the mortgage, it is very easy find and print the information. They adjusted everything I asked for and did what they said they were going to do. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good thing.
