The representatives were great and they walked me through everything, so I was extremely satisfied with them. I call one of their guys as often as possible, and afterward, we send emails back and forth to one another. We kept in contact. He knew all that I needed to do, and I basically had it all together before it went to the final step. Refinancing my loan with Americas Servicing Company has helped me in completing a few repairs to my home. I'd highly recommend them.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service departmentI strongly suggest that Central Mortgage look to change this policy.I've had a great experience with Central Mortgage Company so far. I was lucky enough to be connected with an awesome Customer Service representative.One year in, no complaints with this company. I use my credit union for bill pay. They have paid everything they are supposed to pay regarding impounds. It's a mortgage company that buys other mortgages, so I wasn't exactly expecting five stars all over the place, but the experiences that people are talking about I just haven't had.
