I am very disappointed with the follow up with this company. I had a technician out 2 weeks ago who told me it would take 2 months to get the part for my dishwasher and suggested I call Assurant to see if they could help me .when I called I was told I have to wait 7 business days be fore they could escalate it to a manager. I have now been without a working dishwasher for 2 weeks. When I called today on 4/5/2022 I was told a manager would get back to me in 2 days. When I asked to speak with a manager I was refused. When I asked for the name of the manager who would call me back I was refused. When you call it not even an option to speak with a live person. I need a working dishwasher.

I had a water leak in the kitchen. I gave a wrong description. The customer care assists me with revising my wording. With that I got my claim approved. The customer care agent could use all the more training on reading the entire notes before making comments. They answered rapidly and were as helpful as could be expected. Happy I could use my tech when I needed a repair done asap.


Our home came with its insurance vendor but I didn't wanna renew with them. My colleague told me that I should switch to Assurant Service Protection Advantage, so that's what I did. But my experience with them wasn't good. The first person they assigned the claim to said they couldn't turn out for about 10 days then the second person comes to the rescue and he also took a long time. After the service, everything has been good up until now.


I had a water heater that was leaking all over. The heater was 4 years old thus, it had started to rust and the pan where it sat in had cracked. I made a call to Assurant Service Protection Advantage to submit a claim and the procedure was smooth. After I'm told the amount and the coverage that will be done, everything is set and dealt with. My interactions with the specialists have been great as well. They're a good company and my experience has been very good.

Assurant Service Protection is best. I purchased a warranty plan for my Danby Deep-freezer it was a new brand for me and I did not know the history of repair. I purchased the plan online and they sent a confirmation email and I downloaded the file. I got the deep-freezer repaired last month as it was having compressor's issue. I called the service center they were kind and prompt. The agent came and arranged a quick repair. Planning to buy a policy for my kitchen appliances too.


I bought warranty from Assurant to cover my refrigerator.When my refrigerator got damaged I submitted a claim .The repair man came to my house within a few hrs and quickly fixed it. He went up and beyond before he left he made sure u saw the the items he worked on were working.I really appreciated the team effort and the time they have given to give me the best possible service they can give.They have gotten me out of plenty of problems since I have been using them. I am very pleased with the attention to detail and expertise. The staff is friendly and egger to help! I have given their contact information to several people.
