I've had a few claims and the Cross Country Home Services representatives are helpful. They're very excellent. Likewise, the contractors are extremely exhaustive and ready to do what they were asked to do. Several days back, I recorded a claim concerning my Refrigerator, but I dropped it because the issue was resolved. Other than that, my interaction with the contractors was extraordinary. They have fixed the issues thus so I would definitely recommend them.

I have the protection policy for my home by Cross country home services. In the start i had a bad experience from their customer service department but maybe that was due to some technical fault. After that i have always been given the best services and best customer support facilitates too. I am using their services since 2.5 years now. Last thing i claimed a coverage was for my fan. It would not pick up speed and slow down on its own. It was fixed really quickly and the expenses were also covered almost immediately. I would really appreciate their work.

Cross country home services is really amazing. I have purchased their home protection plan since a couple of years and my life has actually been at ease ever since that. 3 months ago my clothes dryer was damaged. Some wire short circuit which totally stopped it from working. I got in touch with their team the same day and filed a claim. They immediately responded back so nicely. I received amazing customer service as well. The coverage was provided to me in a few days so over all it was absolutely amazing. I am sure i chose to the right company!

I purchased a warranty for my electric appliances from the Cross Country in 2015 and I have always had best experience with the company. They are quick to respond and very kind. The customer Rep Jim is always there to process the claims for us. Last month our washing machine broke down. We Called Jim he managed to send a repairman as well and fully covered the repair. Cross Country's plans are good and rates are lower. I would recommend it to anyone.

Cross Country's reps were all excellent and they got everything going. When I have a claim, I just call and tell them what it is and then they call me back and set up an appointmen.Their technicians were very professional.Submitting my claims has gone very well and we have a plan with great coveragehad to upgrade though. I had to replace my refrigerator and my washing machine, and I didn't have problems with them.Cross Country has covered everything so far.Eeverything has been good with Cross Country.I get a sense of relief at home having Cross Country. I've been very happy and I would stick with them for some more time I recommend them all the time.
