My experience with Secure Home Warranty was fine and professionally done...no additional time required or wasted. Customer care is good and professional, was able to answer all my questions, waiting time was also short. Secure Home Warranty walked me through the procedure and worked with me. There are a few misunderstandings about my agreement with Secure Home Warranty, and the customer service was able to explain everything. I would now refer your company to others as well.

We've used the Secure Home Warranty for a few things that have turned out badly in the house. My latest claim was submitted for heating. The contractor made such a decent showing with regards to and was so knowledgeable, so inviting and always called to schedule. If he needed to return, he would schedule it with me and call me around five or a 10 minutes ways from the house so I wouldn't need to hold up there all day. He was nice that I let him know for now when I call Secure Home Warranty, I will request his company.

Secure Home Warranty is too good. They actually secure your home and are always there to resolve the issues. I purchased a plan from SHW in and it is the best plan. I had the option to personalized the plan and it also allow maximum coverage. I have always had great experience whenever I filed a claim. The matters are taken care of by the team SHW and they are prompt and kind and make things easier for you. I would recommend it to anyone.
