My claim was submitted on Thursday and I never heard back from anybody. I needed to call Monday to check the status of my claim. It would have been acknowledged to hear if my claim was approved or denied. It would also be nice if the claim doesn't take 24 to 48 hours to process. Other than that I'm happy with my first claim experience with Fidelity National Home Warranty
I had a water leak in the kitchen. I gave a wrong description. The customer care assists me with revising my wording. With that I got my claim approved. The customer care agent could use all the more training on reading the entire notes before making comments. They answered rapidly and were as helpful as could be expected. Happy I could use my tech when I needed a repair done asap.
The dealer told me about the CarShield service and I got one. The multiple times I've had to use it, things have been taken care of pretty effectively. They've fixed a tire one time, and afterward, I needed to replace another tire since it got a nail in it. If I had any questions regarding the policy, they're quick to go look it up and double-check and simply ensure. I'm happy with my experience with CarShield.
America Auto Care was highly recommended by the dealership where I purchased my car from. In case something would go with the car lease, I could get it fixed without draining my savings account. The mechanic I went to dealt with me. The response from America Auto Care was quick. With their coverage, I don't pay a lot. I was satisfied with the whole process.
My experience with CenterPoint Energy is great. I switched over to them due to the low prices. Their service is also far superior to my past provider. I signed up via phone and it was a really simple procedure. The rep was not pushy, which I appreciated. He did very well and he seemed knowledgeable. Everything is working out in a good way. Overall CenterPoint Energy has been good.
