I have been searching for a home warranty company for some time. Home Security America has all that I'm searching for. It will give some idea to the customer to choose the right one for their needs. Home Security America for always being incredible communicators and giving me the best value for my dollars. So far I'm happy with customer service and I will recommend to everybody who needs a warranty home. Home Security America simply the best option right now in the market.

I think home warranty and service plans are really important so i got my warranty from House Security America. It has been an awesome experience with them. They were really professional and efficient in the whole process. There were a few points which i could not understand so their staff member made sure i was totally clear about all the details before i bought the warranty. Ever since that day whenever we have any kind of breakdown or other household issues we get the repair coverage and that is how it all becomes worth it for us. Definitely 5 stars for the company.

I've been a Home Security America customer for more than 3 years. The recent experience of submitting a claim was extraordinary. The contractor that they sent over was proficient and respectful. They didn't generally do anything. They just came to check the unit to ensure it was alright. It's not like they did a repair. I'm happy with Home Security America clearly. I've kept it for all of the years that I've had it. I call them when I require something and I get it. That is the way in which I like it.

I have been the customer of the Home Security from several years now and by far found it the best in every way. I have had great experiences and never get disappointed. Last time was facing the annoying issues regarding plumbing. There was water leakage in one of the bathroom and it almost became dysfunctional. I called HSA hotline, the re who received my call was very kind and communicative she took details and put Km on call. He was an expert. He took details explain the problem and processed the case. The repair was done on immediate basis and HSA paid the bills in 3 days.

I have been with HSA for 3 years now and they have taken very good care of me.I really appreciate the quick response to my plumbing issue that turned out to be a slab leak under the foundation of my home.The companies that they send out for repairs are always knowledgeable. Some of them even take the time to explain what they are doing, and that really gives me peace of mind.Claim submittals are quick as can be expected and payments for claims are turned around quickly. The contractors are timely- they called to schedule within the 4 hour response time. They communicated well, they were knowledgable.I am appreciatice of the service and timeliness of the request.
