I've never had any issues with American General Warranty. They've generally been right over everything. They installed my AC and water heating appliance so I'm satisfied with what they'd done, and I very suggest them. Everything was done in a timely manner, which I appreciated. We've been a member for 2 years at least, and we've been happy with them. I renewed it for one more year. They're always been responsive. I highly recommend them to others.
Hats off to American general warranty! I have been using their home protection services since years now. They offered me a very reasonable plan which was not too tough on my budget. Every penny i spent on it is worth it as they have always taken care of any damage or breakage in my home. The most recent episode is of 2 weeks ago. My heating system totally refused to work in such a cold weather. They immediately got my problem sorted in a few days. What an efficient company. They start away the process right on the first call!
I have recommended American General Warranty to other people. I'm a fan. They assign the work to someone. I have had two or three contractors they appointed that didn't work out. Whenever I bring in, they fixed it right away. Like if this person they sent to take every necessary step wasn't up to my standard, at that point they canceled it for me and went on to make it right. I started requesting a company that was really great as I would do well to success with the company that I didn't have any issues with. They let me request who I needed and it has worked out fine.
AGW is the best choice I have made so far. I purchased a warranty on my friend's suggestion last year and so relieved after that. I have had used the policy once so far and it was the best experience. The customer rep was responsive and prompt. He responded with kindness and sent an agent to my home. He took detail approved the repair and arranged a repairman to fix the refrigerator. I could not be happier. Looking forward a long term relationship with the AGW.
American General Warranty is the best company to cover the cost of repair and save your money. I purchased a warranty 2 years ago and it was the best decision I made. My washer became out of order and refrigertor was also not cooling. I called AGW and they were very communicative and responsive. They sent an agent to us who was very professional and expert of his work. The replacement cost was minimum and was covered by AGW except the service charges I paid to the agent.
AGW has proven time & time again to go above and beyond all expectations to help policy holders get their peace of mind by ensuring a complete & reliable network of vendors .Having the fastest turn around time to have a licensed technician in your home to repair or even replace your appliances & major systems.I have recently purchased the service from American warranty.I had one of the homes' ac go out and needed replacement.The repair guy come and fix issue. I got an approval to replace the entire compressor at no extra cost to me besides for the 35 dollars I paid for my service call.Thank you American general. :)

American General has great service. The electrician came and fix the issue. They are true professionals.
