The coverage of the American Express travel agency is very good. I have travel insurance upto $ 5000 for the domestic travel and covers the loss of luggage through reimbursment and replacement. I once lost my luggage worth $ 2700 during a trip to CA. I contact the company and presented my case. The agent came and agreed to reimburse as I was covered under insurance clause. I was compensated within a short time period. I now plan to get insurance for oversease travelling also.
