My experience with 365 Home Warranty has been excellent. Everyone we've had turned out has been great. 365 Home Warranty is reliable and quick. I once had a claim and they rushed to resolve my complaint. My Air condition broke down and I got them and they turned out the following day. They couldn't fix it since they didn't have the parts so I needed to hold up till the following day, and afterward, they fixed it. They are extremely professional.
Submitting the claim to Allied Home Warranty is a simple procedure. Our latest service was for pipes issues. The fix was done and all is well. we've had a great experience. They've taken great care of us when we have an issue, they jump on it right away. I wish our other insurance was as good as that was. Keep doing awesome work. Every one of the people they have sent has been credible in what they were doing. I've referred people to them.
I've never had any issues with American General Warranty. They've generally been right over everything. They installed my AC and water heating appliance so I'm satisfied with what they'd done, and I very suggest them. Everything was done in a timely manner, which I appreciated. We've been a member for 2 years at least, and we've been happy with them. I renewed it for one more year. They're always been responsive. I highly recommend them to others.
We had an urgent issue with our gas heating system. We reached American Home Guard and got a quick reaction with the contractor responding within 24 hours. Thanks to the excellent caring service. They have been excellent in any way and providing the top-notch service. The rates are exceptional. You can't get such excellent service at such minimal rates. I have been with them for nearly 2 years now and will keep on making the most of their service in future moreover.
My dryer wasn't working. I talked with them on the phone and it was positive and pleasant. American Home Guardian contractors respond within the first two hours, despite the fact that they are allowed a 24-hour window. They show up on time, totally explain the problem and the solution, and, if needing parts, they give us an estimated time to expect them back and often is sooner than later. Everything was extraordinary. I have been with American Home Guardian now for about a year. I've recommended them to several people.
