Our ceiling fan was not working. It was the first time making a claim with 365 Home Warranty since I got the coverage. The experience was good. They were helpful and told me the company of the person the same day. Their customer service is exceptional. They really took care of the problem of their customers. Had a ceiling fan replaced and the original cost was $140 and I was allowed $65 for replacement. I would definitely use his service later on.


5. I will be honest in review so that others can get the best idea about the services. I have been a client of 365 home from last 2.5 years and haven't faced any issue until now. Last summer that is almost a year ago I put forward a claim online for my air conditioner and it took 2 days and mail was not replied. Then I called at their service center and the contractor was sent within hours. I was satisfied with the services. So it might get delayed but its worth it.


We filed a claim with 365 Home Warranty for our air conditioning unit as we were having an issue with it. It took three days for the fix company to turn out and when they arrived, they had to order a part so they had to come back out again. That took two or three days and now, the unit is fixed. Everyone that I've dealt so far through 365 Home Warranty has been incredible.


My experience with 365 Home Warranty has been excellent. Everyone we've had turned out has been great. 365 Home Warranty is reliable and quick. I once had a claim and they rushed to resolve my complaint. My Air condition broke down and I got them and they turned out the following day. They couldn't fix it since they didn't have the parts so I needed to hold up till the following day, and afterward, they fixed it. They are extremely professional.

365 home warranty is a blessing for me. I never believed much in these home protection companies until i ended up having a remarkable experience with 365 home warranty. I purchased my home protection plan roughly around 8 months ago. In these 8 months i have filed a claim only once. The great thing is that my claim was immediately acted on. I got the coverage amount for the expense incurred very quickly. No extra time was given to me to wait. The overall policy cost is affordable as well which has brought satisfaction to me. They should keep up their good work!

365 Home warranty has always got me sorted at the times of need. Recently my kitchen appliances, namely; sandwich maker stopped working. I had bought it 2 years ago and i could not figure out the issue with it. It got fixed and the expenses were taken care of by thr amazing home protection company. This is not the first time i have filed a claim for any damage. I have used their services for 3 to 4 times in the past two years. The staff is super nice and deals really well with me so definitely 5 star rating for them.

I've had 365 Home Warranty for 3 years. My latest claim was for pipes and the experience was simply extraordinary. No issues at all. Everything just went predictably. Their customer service is also amazing. The contractors were great. They were knowledgeable in what they were doing and they showed me exactly what the issue was and what they did to fix it. I can't request much else. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family.

I purchased a warranty from 365 in 2014 and have been very satisfied with the company. My washer was not working and drying the cloths properly. It almost needed an extensive repair. I called the hotline and the customer rep was home in just an hour. He managed to bring the technician in no time and my washer was back in the good working condition. I have never had any issue with the 365 and I would recommend it to anyone.


I had an issue with my AC I was very worried and I made a call to 365 Home Warranty’s hotline number as instructed when I need assistance. Someone picked up right away and started the claim for me. A technician came by the next day and fixed everything pretty quickly. Definitely happy with 365.They have been excellent for me. They are very courteous and professional. The repairman came out quick and was good too. Getting a warranty plan from 365 Home Warranty is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.Defintely a very convenient service. I bet you would never find another contractor that responded so quickly when something broke.I will give them five stars rating for their service.

I had a few issues with my central air conditioning system half a month before. I got them to deal with the issues by means of phone. The person who grabbed the call was exceptionally pleasant and was prepared to answer my request at no time. They reacted to my case rapidly and sent a service person the following day itself. They had a thorough understanding of the working of my system and settled the issue within thirty minutes. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would suggest them for all.

I have purchased a home warranty that covers my appliances. Once the my washer was broken and the quick response of the 365 Home Warranty was amazing. They fixed the issue with a day and my washer is working perfectly since then.
