BSI has by far been the good mortgage company that I have ever had . I were buying our first home, we were shopping around for where we wanted to get our mortgage loan. We decided on BSI because of the way they helped us through the process. Loan was established by financial service. Percentage rate is very competitive.Had a situation where there was a mix up in how my payment was applied and when I called they took care of it right away. Fast and friendly customer service. It was nice to be able to draw out money when we needed it for home improvements instead of in one big lump sum. Great service and was able to help us without specific needs.

They offer rate and term loans, with both fixed and adjustable rates.The Chase loan experience was amazing!Paperwork was easy to understand.They treated me like my business meant something to them.They gave me the most competative rate and provided a seamless transition from construction loan to mortgage. Never had a problem with customer service locally nor out of state. I am able to go online at any time & check on any tax payments or balances remaining & I can also print out any forms I may need.No issues so far, did not have adverse experience.

We contacted Coldwell Banker Mortgage for the Home Affordable Refinance option.They did an excellent job of informing, educating, coordinating, and closing the needs and requirement of the Coldwell underwriters to bring our Closing and funding to a simple and quick end for initiation of our mortgage. When we refinanced they offered us a lower interest rate than what we currently had and it lowered our monthly payment.When there has been an issue they are always willing to work with me to resolve it. They have been excellent for the billing and helpful in their reporting. Best that I've used and offers a reward back.
I applied for an apartment with corelogic. They have been very good to work with. We have linked accounts for our children which makes it easy for us to transfer funds in between accounts. It is a very trustworthy bank. They will treat you like a valued customer and are very knowledgeable about different products that would be best for you and your situation.They were reasonable, but did give us a bit of a hassle over escrow.Nothing great but nothing bad either I just had the best interest rate at the time.I have some issues with the account, but other than that they are good.
