Our refinance home loan from Ditech was so simple,on line.It was very easy to optaining a refi loan with DiTech. Ditech's staff took the worry out of not knowing what to expect. Ditech was so amazing working with me during a hard time I was having.Not to mention we also got a great interest rate with hardly any origination fees. On the day of closing Ditech's software vendor experienced a nationwide outage preventing documents from being sent electronically to our attorney.Ditech underwriter will then rigorously dig through your application and credit report, although occasionally I may need to provide some additional information.They are decent people and will not leave you hanging. Friendly and professional.
I have had a mortgage with Everhome just recently refinanced to a lower interest rate. My account was always handled professionally. Payments were processed promptly, I was emailed a receipt, taxes and insurance paid in a more than timely manner.Any questions I had were promptly and accurately answered. They even offered to enroll me in a mortgage accelerator payment program and waive the fee. I would use Everhome again, they have made the process easy and affordable.My experience with Everhome has been worry free. I would guess that the way Everhome treats you is how they rate your account in house.If I should purchase another home and need a mortgage company, I will choose Everhome!

They service three distinct areas of real estate: Single family homes, affordable housing and multi family units.The affordable housing division does include apartment homes, only if the apartments are going to provide an affordable alternative to housing in the area it is to be constructed.It does not issue any type of loans or funding to the public.When I were buying a home, there are multiple ways then i had to go about paying for it. Easy to pay on internet, easy to get ahold of when needed.They care about their customer.I find them to be helpful and they seem to calculate matters better as well.

Any questions we asked were answered and she went above and beyond to help.Their rates are usually the best also. They do not sell their loans. I can continue and continue but there is not a mortgage company as good as Gateway.They closed on time, followed up on everything we asked about and stayed within the closing estimates. Guild Mortgage is a fast-growing independent mortgage lender. I've purchased several homes in the past but this transaction with Guild was by far the easiest and smoothest to date. The process was a little challenging because we were moving from out of state and most of the work had to be done over the phone/internet.They advised us along the way with such patience and care, I could not believe that a loan officer could be so caring.They were very knowledgeable and organized and always available.Probably the easiest company I have had to deal with as for as mortgages go. It doesn't hurt that I also have a credit card with them, so it automatically tied to my account.Easy to work with. Fast reaction in all areas. Best rates!
I bought mortgage plan through Household Finance in 2016. My experience was great with this mortgage. Great discount on interest.We appreciated all the effort and did the best they can do. We are thankful to them and we can look forward building our home soon. Great team with professional attitude and healthy relationships which makes life easier. We could ring Ben anytime with questions during the whole process and he would get back to us very swiftly with the answers. It made an experience, that would have been very overwhelming for people that are new to the homeowners process, actually enjoyable. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking at entering the housing market.

We secured the mortgage and HSBC were always there to answer our questions.It was very straightforward to switch my mortgage to HSBC and their 5 year fix with no fees was a very good value way to provide certainty during very uncertain times.Sends monthly statements through with balance left to pay off. I recently secured a new interest rate for my mortgage. It was as simple as logging in, finding the rate I was happy with, and clicking apply. It took all of 5 minutes to sort out, and I’m now locked in at a very good rate.They resolve complaints that I have had quickly, and generally err on my side which is good.Great experience with HSBC overall!
