I have been using Chase's Freedom Unlimited card for two years and it is the best credit card ever. I get the 1.5% cash back on every purchase and there is no annual fee. I also use this card for monthly bill payments and it has really been a blessing in this pandemic and made our life easier. But make sure to pay the credit card bills diligently at the month end to enjoy the cash back reward otherwise the interest amount will make it look less. Highly recommended .
Beside their reliable and relevant communication, I ran with Chase because of their low rates. They were productive. The procedure was done rapidly and thoroughly. It was a VA refinance so streamlined a ton of things, however very quick from rate lock to a close was relatively fast, under 20 days. We got exactly what we are searching for and it was done. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Must give them a try
Chase is an amazing company for mortgage lending. I have a double experience that i would like to share. My sister in law got the mortgage lending from Chase before we did. She had an amazing experience which was the reason why I and my husband also went to the same company to borrow finance to buy our house. I always dreamed of my own house with my husband and this dream came true with the help of Chase. They granted us the finance we needed at a payback plan. That waw a bit heavy for us to pay but i was still happy as i had my own house due to this assistance.
I was confident with my reps and I liked their knowledge into the process. The first I had was extremely pleasant, straightforward, and talkative. He talked me through all the web stuff. A lady at that point took control, and I never had any inquiries since she was there providing me info. It was super simple. I had a higher rate on my mortgage and I could bring down it. Chase is quick and productive, and their people are great communicators.
Chase services are just beyond expectations. I have been the customer of the bank from 5 years and I never had any complaint so far rather my experience have always been better than before. The customer services is just too good. They welcome you with warm smile and will do their best to help and assist the customer. I purchased a mortgage loan and my agent just found the best plan for me with easy installments and on fixed interest rate. Highly recommended.
Chase's mortgage refinance program focuses on conventional loans, with fairly standard terms and total loan amounts. They offer rate and term loans, with both fixed and adjustable rates.The Chase loan experience was amazing!Paperwork was easy to understand.They treated me like my business meant something to them.They gave me the most competative rate and provided a seamless transition from construction loan to mortgage. Never had a problem with customer service locally nor out of state. I am able to go online at any time & check on any tax payments or balances remaining & I can also print out any forms I may need.No issues so far, did not have adverse experience.
