This is the first alarm system I've ever had and I have had only great experience with GetSafe. The system itself is wonderful and the flexibility you need to put anyway many security pieces you need in what areas of the house are a benefit in my mind. I can't resist the urge to mention the ability to transfer this to another area for free of charge - without setup fees or wiring hassles. An extraordinary setup and incredible service. Keep it up.
We recently integrated LiveWatch Security into some of our businesses and have really preferred them. We get text message alerts when the alarm is armed and disarmed with info about which code was used so we know who's opening and closing the store. At the point when the alert is triggered, we get a quick reaction time from LiveWatch confirming the alarm. Also, since it's not set through our telephone lines, people can't cut the lines to shut it off when they break in. Must give them a try
I don't particularly like strangers coming to my home so I needed a security system that I could set up myself. I also discovered great ratings for this system which was a definite plus. I like this is a wireless system and that it is anything but difficult to move if I have to move. At the price and customer service, this is as I would like to think the best security system around. I should say I feel significantly safer when I am at home alone and more secure when I am away with my LifeShield Security system.

The best feature they offer is giving you a few seconds to disarm the alarm when it is unintentionally set off. This avoids a call to the authorities as a false alarm. My Alarm Center charges extra for additional window and door sensors. I wish that an exterior alarm and camera would be available.I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Setup is simply straightforward since most of it is sticking sensors on walls and things. One of my sensors was bad on arrival, so Protect Your Home simply had me deliver it back and they gave me a working one. They guide you through using the control panel which would be confusing a bit. The operation is also very direct. Keep in mind your secret key (pass) and key phrase. Most of the time I arm and disarm using my wireless which requires just tapping an icon to arm or disarm.
We are exceptionally happy with the Protection 1, and love the ability to have the garage secured too. It is also exceptionally helpful to give people a chance to travel every which way from the house without giving codes out. Their customer service is also amazing. We also loved the easy install, and whenever we have used customer service, it has been great. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Must give them a try
We have had the system for just about two years now and it was amazingly simple to set up. We had a break-in in our neighborhood, so I requested the system that day and before the week's end we had our very own security system set up. The customer service has been magnificent and they are always professional and in also friendly when I have called. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Must give them a try
I couldn't be happier with our new system!! Installation was simple and the customer service was fabulous! Friendly and supportive! When I was having issues installing some of the sensors on the windows, the customer service rep had me send him pics to his email at that point talked about best placement. Walked me through the entire procedure. He was extremely tolerant! I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family. Must give them a try
Xfinity Home was our security system of choice because the technology enabling us to stay connected to our home while away from home. We had an issue with our communication device in our keypad. We called Xfinity Home and they promptly tested the device and then over-nighted another communication device to our home to get our system back online. We never expected such a quick service that was tremendously appreciated since our house was not being monitored. Must give them a try
