When we had to use our service, it was a little odd that Diamond Warranty Corp wouldn't talk to the shop that we took our vehicle to and they wouldn't favor anything. It was somewhat sketchy. We bought a vehicle and took it home. It was smoking when we drove it. The dealership told to us that it was only the cleaning of the underneath of something. The following day, there was a clear oil leak, so we called the dealership. Then they fixed it.

I realized a warranty would be good for my newly bought car. From everything that I read about Diamond Warranty Corp, they were best in line. When I talked to the rep, he was professional. They clarified the benefits and claims process well. Making arrangements for the payment was incredible as well. I would recommend Diamond Warranty Corp. The payment they initially gave me was fine with what I wanted to get. It is a good experience until now.

Diamond Warranty corp has worked according to my needs. They have amazing plans for everyone no matter what requirements customers have. They have an incredible network of handling the claims successfully. My claim was also responded on time and without any hassle. I have their warranty for my both my cars since 2010. I have two cars, one is an old Toyota and the new is my Nissan. I had heard a lot about Diamond Warranty Corp. First, i searched their official website. It is easy to use and i learned a lot about their services on one single platform. For further assistance, when i wanted to take the next step, i connected to their representative. I was lucky to be dealt with a courteous team member who thoroughly explained me about the car contract. I used to have Diamond Warranty Corp with my other truck, and I've never had an awful experience with them. I tried one time to make a claim and they denied me and they returned all my money back. They found out that the used truck that I purchased, which the dealer didn't let me know, was a lemon. I got a different truck and I chose to keep the same people. The service is great. They've constantly treated me right when I had questions. I'll recommend them to a friend, which I've done before.

I purchased the warranty when I bought my vehicle. They have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem that I encountered.Their reps are always available to you and willing to help when you need them.My experience with them was pretty good. My car lifters and camshaft had messed up and I was covered on that. I had to wait a little while because they have to send an assessor but other than that, everything was good. All I can say about Diamond Warranty is, Good job, Keep up the good work!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service.

I shifted the Diamond Warranty in 2015 on my friends' recommendation. I was fed of the rejection and delaying of the claims from previous Company. They always had some hidden charges to gran from the customers and in return they would just give lame excuses for rejecting the claims. I feel so relax and happy after shifting to Diamond. They are prompt, honest and highly professional. They response on calls and emails every time you contact them and so far none of my clam has been rejected. Highly recommended.

.I have been with diamond warranty the last two yrs. the have been there for me every time I had a issue. They have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem that we encountered.Always good to work with and our customers with claims have all been satisfied with the out come.You can count on Diamond for low prices, good option choices and great follow up when you have a repair that needs doing.I just really hope that all of the things stated in the policy will really “accurate” and help all the consumers when the time comes. I'm very please with the experience I had and still having.

My vehicle's air conditioner quit working yesterday, so I took my car to my mechanic this the morning; the blower should have been replaced. My mechanic reached Diamond to inform the company that another blower should have been installed toward the beginning of today, my case has just been approved! I am more than happy with how rapidly Diamond Warranty's agents tended to my vehicle's situation; thank you for your time and help. I would recommend their service to everyone.
