When we had to use our service, it was a little odd that Diamond Warranty Corp wouldn't talk to the shop that we took our vehicle to and they wouldn't favor anything. It was somewhat sketchy. We bought a vehicle and took it home. It was smoking when we drove it. The dealership told to us that it was only the cleaning of the underneath of something. The following day, there was a clear oil leak, so we called the dealership. Then they fixed it.
Everything was covered on the service contract that I got from AA Auto Protection. The rep revealed to me that the warranty was the best they've offered at that point. He was friendly. The two issues that I have had has been covered. Once, my vehicle had a noisy noise, something wasn't right with the fan under the truck which they fixed. The other claim was a sensor that went out on the truck that they replaced. It was taken care of in a timely manner.
The customer support agent was kind, respectful and very supportive. I was assisted in a kind professional manner. Any issue I encountered was dealt with quickly and efficiently resolved. The application was simple, yet thorough. All of the questions were straightforward and the information needed to be as easy to provide. There wasn't any part that was hard to interpret.
I was having a difficult time and was getting stressed so I called them and they sat on the phone with me until we got the issue resolved. It was extraordinary, Didn't take long. Direct questions they ask you and try to match you with the best possible experience, and they sit in that spot with you and are as useful as can be to ensure that your experience was happy. Rates and terms are great as well.
The seat was easy to install without the latch system. I do accept the latch system would make it steadier however it requires a small amount of time to get it right the first time. Also, it was somewhat difficult to adjust the straps to a bigger size when required and having to totally dismantle it and put together to adjust was a pain. But overall, the excellent value of the money.
