I've been with Central Security Group for around 2 years, and their reps have all been good. However, there were multiple times that I was going to look elsewhere because I had issues with them. One issue is that, if I need a service call, sometimes it takes days on end because we're so far away from their nearest serviceman or service department. My wife is now ready to get rid of the system.

We were moving into another house and I got the Central Security Group. The installation was direct, and the guy was personable and simple to talk with while he was there. He added two or three the window sensors and the quality of the equipment was good. Since having the system, I had a sense of security. If you want to have a security system, I would absolutely recommend the Central Security Group.

I have got the best security system and I am so happy I chose Central Security Group for alarm & security system in my house. They were easy to install and operate and until now since 3 years of installation I haven't had to file complain. Recently the Reps of the company came and they upgraded all the system with latest technology and tested all the alarms. I could not be happier.


I contacted Central Security Group sales after hours and they reached me the next business day. Setup was simple. My husband had the all of the sensors up in under 30 minutes. The agent walked me through the setup and testing process effortlessly. Regardless of how senseless my inquiries were, the representative addressed them all and was greatly patient and careful. The system is anything but difficult to use. I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family.

I have been using their service from 4 years and I ran into a tangle with somebody at Central Security Group yet had I sat tight for a response, I would have known my situation would have been resolved in due time. I know for sure any doubt this company was beneficial for me as I was good to them. I never missed an installment and each time my alarm was activated, I was contacted. So what I know without a doubt if your complaint can be resolved. Be that as it may, you should address the head of Customer Service in case you're not getting what you require or heard.

I have been using the Central Security for 4 years and have had a positive experience with the company. The security system had warranty of 3 year and last year I renewed my contract for further 3 years and they charged extra for that. The customer service is good and they help you and response you whenever you need them. The security system of CS is very strong and have rich features that you can use according to the need. Like if you are out of town then you need stronger security for your house and when you are out in routine or for job you just need simple features. Easy to install, repair and operate. Highly recommended.


Central Group has been in business for over 5 years, providing security and home monitoring solutions.Got a security system for a two year contract for a home. I have never had any problems with them. Anytime my alarm has gone off, they have called within seconds. We love the abilities in our system when we are out of town. I’m pleased to report that I have been contacted by a very nice and resourceful gentleman from CSG who listened to my concerns and worked with me to improve my unsatisfactory situation – he approved a reduced rate, and a repaired and improved system.
