The California FAIR Plan is an insurance association that offers coverage to high-risk homeowners and renters in the state who have trouble obtaining coverage .We have had a few claims and the claim department handled them in a timely manner. Our agent gets back to us either the same day or within twenty four hours.We had a water leak issue in the basement in a row home. The first adjuster was sent out to check the source of the leak. I called the claims person who is supposedly handling my claim. They took care of everything.They have been very helpful and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.They also allow me a very high deductible which helps hold the premiums down.AAA is one of the best for cost.

Turns out, there was a broken main drain from my kitchen wall, the water went into my family room.I filed a claim immediately and mitigated as much of the damage as we could.They sent a inspector who noticed I also had a roof leak on my back open patio .Coverage vs. rate is very good. They quoting process was extremely easy. The broker made the entire process painless.They are very cost effective and offer comprehensive coverage. Called in a claim for hail damage, someone came out immediately, issued a check right away and gave us wonderful advice.Country Insurance took care of everything without a problem.My agent was very professional and thorough in making sure I had the insurance coverage that I needed. Even the roofing contractor was impressed.They have been great to work with for questions about what our insurance covers. They are always doing their best to keep my rates as low as possible.
