I purchased an extended warranty from Carshield. To maintain my vehicle, I felt comfortable with CarShield as a warranty provider. I had a water pump go out in my car. They took care of that for me.It was all handled by the company. The best part is I only paid $100 for my deductible. The cost of the warranty was excellent and I've had a very good experience with their reps. They are definitely supportive when it comes to me having problems with my vehicle and they pay in a timely manner, too. They did a very good job. I don't have to worry in case something was to happen since I have CarShield. I’m glad I got CarShield.

I bought a vehicle warranty from Century .I had a leak in my car air conditioning hose. The hoses were placed in the middle of the engine so the engine had to be lifted out of the car in order to get to them, which cost a fortune. I filed a claim for hoses and another one for my engine and it was great how Century worked with me through those processes fully covered it except for the deductible.Their integrity and honesty in adjudicating claims is very appreciated.I've also got one outstanding claim that I sent in that I need to check the status on. Everything else was paid directly to the dealership but this one we paid and then we had to submit for reimbursement. I’m very pleased and I think highly of them.

I just purchased the Auto Protect Plan and found the process to be straight forward and economical.Seems to be a good policy at a decent price. I filed a claim when I had transmission issues. I took the car to the dealership for service but they needed to call the warranty company to see if these were covered. They took a lot of steps and the process took a while, but everything got resolved. There were delays here and there, but overall Concord covered what was supposed to be covered. The flexibility to accommodate Customer’s need was commendable! I would reccomand this company to anyone looking for extended coverage.

I purchased the warranty when I bought my vehicle. They have always gone above and beyond to help with any problem that I encountered.Their reps are always available to you and willing to help when you need them.My experience with them was pretty good. My car lifters and camshaft had messed up and I was covered on that. I had to wait a little while because they have to send an assessor but other than that, everything was good. All I can say about Diamond Warranty is, Good job, Keep up the good work!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service.

I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my car .Fidelity is the easiest company to work with and get claims approved. It takes us minutes. About 1 month ago, I noticed some random slipping with the transmission and brought it to a shop, close by. A Fidelity claims adjuster came and inspected the car and authorized a new transmission. The repairs were made and I'm receiving my car back today with everything fixed at no cost to me!I am so glade that I bought the service contract. It saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend this contract to anyone who properly maintains their car and keeps their maintenance records.

I have contacted the dealership GM directly .I went to check the noise that comes from the wheels while driving. After road test and changing tire positions, they (dealer workshop) accuse the type of tires as it is the source of the noise. The Tech. informed me that the noise comes from the bearing that in long time the noise will increase . I told the service department and dealership. The dealer Autonation submitted all the proper paperwork for me. Made time for the inspector to look at the repairs needed. The inspector was fairly quick in looking at the vehicle. Have had no mechanical problems at all to fix it.I'm very happy with my choice.

Getting the warranty through GWC was the best thing the dealership ever offered me to do. The representative who sold the warranty to me was excellent. The flywheel broke and torque converter broke. After GWC was informed about the incident, they acted quickly and contacted me immediately. The whole process was painless.GWC covered the replacement parts. I got my car back repaired. So I am thankful for that much. They honored their commitments.Nonetheless, GWC Warranty did excellent on everything.I am happy and back on the road again, glad i had the coverage.I highly recommend GWC based on my excellent experience .

When I purchased my vehicle I got the warranty from FES.The dealership recommended FES Warranty to me and the cost was fine. FES answered calls and even though they were a little pricier for the items, they were good.when I dropped it for repair they called to get the ball rolling on getting it done. The repairs went great. The claims adjuster gave me all the information I needed and just basically took care of it for me. FES service is good. Moreover, they have the option of working with the dealer directly. They really do what they say they're going to do and help customers drive with confidence and keep their vehicles on the road.

I bought the MaxCare extended warranty for my Mercedes. I had a headlight go bad and the voice control module failed too.I provided the repair shop with my warranty information, and they submitted the claim for me. I called MaxCare, they told me to take it to the dealer. The dealer assessed the problems, called MaxCare and MaxCare immediately approved the repairs. In a week, the car was repaired. The repairs were made, and now my car is driving like new!it covered for as many times as it needs to be fixed! The warranty worked exactly the way and I will forever be a Carmax customer.

I never had a problem with them every time I've used it.This company returns phone calls and they take care of business. I have only had to use them once and the item was covered.I got a dead battery, and alternator also needed replacement. The dealer finally found the problem in the alternator charging system. They called the company and gave them a repair order #. The problem was fixed with no delay. They have paid for both.I am very pleased with the service I received from Continental. They say what they're going to do it they have been really trustworthy company.
