My experience with First extended services has been greatly appreciated by me and my family. After the company's contract ended, i purchased the extended auto warranty for my Civic around 2 to 3 years back. My car protection was a must for me. My sister was driving it once when she realized the ac had stopped blowing out any air. I filed a claim to get it fixed. They responded back quickly and solved the issue immediately. The customer service has been great up till now and it will stay great i am sure about it. Highly recommended company for extended warranty.

I own a Toyota corolla and to be honest i love my car. I saved and bought it from my own money so maybe that is why it is so valuable to me. I got the extended auto warranty contract from First extended service. I have been really happy with their services. Totally loved how they deal with the customers. They were very professional and polite. I used the warranty several times in the last 3 years. The whole service experience till date has been worth it and i recommend their services to all of you who want to keep their cars maintained.

The warranty that I had on my vehicle had expired and before something big happens and I pay a lot of money out of pocket, I decided to find a warranty. I had looked on the web and I tried to do a little research to research somebody that had a great rating. I got a warranty from First Extended Service and making the payments for it was simple. Their reps were decent and they showed me through everything and revealed to me what I would be offered, the amount it would cost, and that they would take the cash out in my account every month.

When I purchased my vehicle I got the warranty from FES.The dealership recommended FES Warranty to me and the cost was fine. FES answered calls and even though they were a little pricier for the items, they were good.when I dropped it for repair they called to get the ball rolling on getting it done. The repairs went great. The claims adjuster gave me all the information I needed and just basically took care of it for me. FES service is good. Moreover, they have the option of working with the dealer directly. They really do what they say they're going to do and help customers drive with confidence and keep their vehicles on the road.

I have been the customer of the First Extended Services from the last 6 months.I searched for the warranty providing companies for almost a month and was never satisfied with the reviews about most of them. First extended had much better plan at the affordable charges. I purchased a warranty for a year from the company and had filed for a repair claim last month that went really well. The company act promptly and covered all the charges. Planning to extend the tenure of my warranty from 1 to 3 years.

I had already purchased my car and the extended warranty from Fidelity. FES automotive solutions explained not only the good about the policy but the negatives as well.When my cars transmission went out they did stand up to their end of the deal. FES sent out an adjuster inspected the car and authorized a new transmission. They approved the claim promptly and got my repair done quickly and under budget.Every time I called the agents were very helpful. So after it was all said and done 7 days from start to finish I was back on the road in my vehicle.I definitely recommend this contract to anyone who properly maintains their car and keeps their maintenance records.

I purchased a warranty with First Extended Service in 2012 when I purchased my car. It gave the idea that the timing chain broke in my car. First Extended was called. The agent their said no issue. He instructed us and that we had filed a claim. There was much more harm done to my car, twisted valves and cylinders. First Extended was called to inform them. Do I rebuild the engine or get a rebuilt one? He said to take the car and get it settled and send them the paid bill. I got it fixed. All I got back was a denial letter, said I didn't have earlier approval. This won't end here. This isn't right.
