My doctor recommended a medical alert device. I've been on Walgreens Ready Response for a long time now and they were extremely helpful when I set it up. I use the device consistently and the response has been alright generally. But, it was somewhat difficult to get them to come out and do anything. I didn't have the idea of what their schedule was. Maybe it was quite demanding at that point in time. Other than that, I haven't had any issues.


I had been using a medical alert device from a different provider. I was talked to Walgreens Ready Response representative, and later on, he persuaded me to switch over and there were a lot of changes since using their device. They are very quick to their responses. I am exceptionally happy with my experience in Walgreens Ready Response.

I had an attack in March 2018 and I found something useful to do a life alert device from Walgreens Ready Response. From that point forward, I've had phenomenal experiences with their representatives when I press the button incidentally. They're simply superior people and I trust them. Thanks to Walgreens Ready Response; I would recommend it to anyone worried about safety at home and the ability to reach help when required.

I am a new customer of Walgreens Ready Response service. Gratefully, I have not needed to use the service but rather having the peace of mind to know help is available is such an alleviation not exclusively to me however to my family. Installation was so basic and took just minutes. I simply did the monthly trial of the system and everything went splendidly. The operator I talked with during the test was exceptionally proficient and personable. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The device seems to go off by accident too often. We are satisfied with the quality of the device and the cost.I was able to quickly learn about the buttons on the device, and how to use it. The service is a little pricey, but its generally worth it. It's compact and functional and does what it says it's going to do.I like the easiness of the device. I don't have to push a lot of numbers to talk to them, I can just press one and get a hold of someone very quickly.I've only used it once, but the response was very fast and professional.Anytime I call to ask for information, they're right on the ball.The system works just like it should and they called right away and ask if you are ok.

Walgreen is just super awesome. I could not thank you enough for standing behind your product and words. It proved to be the life saving for my mother. I had to leave my mom alone when I was transferred to another branch during my job. I purchased Walgreen's alert fro her she is very pleased with the service and love the customer service agent Beck. He save her life by reaching just so fast when she tripped over stairs. She was saved because he called 911 just in time and was shifted to hospital. She never let this device go. Highly recommended.
