I have used the services for business conference calls by Ring central. I have a small business so i chose the small business services by them. It was not even costly so proved to be very beneficial for my business. They have a smooth connection service which is something that i loved. I was looking for such a VoIP company for so long and finally got my business their service. I would highly recommend this company to especially the businesses that are small in size. We use the RingCentral system for inbound/outbound, sales effort, and customer service calls. More often than not we use the Find Me/Follow Me feature since it can ring multiple expansions. We have more control and adaptable features in our phone system than the last one we had. It was anything but difficult to transition over. Since we are mobile, it is more convenient and simple for us to roll out changes to our call routing. I would highly recommend them.
After searching for a low cost phone and fax system, RingCentral provided the cheapest cost with the best options. They have the unlimited plan and I do not believe you will find a better deal out there.It allows a far-flung Internet-based company to act like a local company in terms of having a local number to call (and call from), while allowing me to quickly and flawlessly transfer callers between extensions even if those extensions are on opposite sides of the planet. It also records all of my texts and calls, allowing me to download and save them for future needs, which is vital in any litigation-sensitive business like property management.They have also been quite flexible with our contract, with the occasional downgrade, even when they did not have to.I'm so glad to have it!
I was recommended to use Ringcentral by my neighbor. I am very pleased and satisfied after switching to RC. It offers high quality and rich options at the cheapest cost. I use the unlimited plan and send and receive thousands of fax on monthly basis as I work from home. I have the option to use it as a private phone for my home and it keep private and when the customers call the phone in the office rings. It is the best VoIP service ever.
