I have been very satisfied with 8X8 services. Its Up-time is great and have not used the customer service so far in year after as everything is working fine since we purchased its services.You ca also receive the phone calls on your smart phone when you are out. I am truly impressed with the services they are are providing and the features their app offer are just great and user friendly. I hope the customer service will be as good as the product.
I have been a customer of AT& T from a long time now and I am very satisfied with the quality of services and the readiness and cooperation of its customer service. I have never had any serious issue with the company and whenever their is any issue they are always a call away. Last year I was having issue with the recorded calls they were lost or corrupted . We were doing a survey and used the recorded call to get the feedback of customers and to improve our services. I called the AT&T service center they noted the complaint and sent agent in 2 hours and the issue was resolved there and then. Highly recommended.
Birch VoIP services are just amazing. They offer a variety of services and the features of their app are amazing. I installed the Birch 8 moths ago and still learning about the different options. It is flexible and has the option of customization to meet out needs. I can access, view and hear the voice mails in real time and that is awesome. Birch also has very affordable rates for international calls and no one can beat its quality of calls and pricing.
I have been using the Broad-voice service from 2 years and it is just super cool. I switched to BV from a very well known company because it was so pricey and the services were also below average. Broad-voice proved to be the best choice because the set up was very easy and simple. It has a lot of features that you can customize according to your needs. I run a small business and manage 11 employees that handle inbound and outbound sales and Broad-voice has become a boon to my business. Ican make business calls from our business number when on the is the only choice. Highly recommended.

I was very frustrated with the old phone line and I changed to Lingo 6 months ago on a friend's recommendation. I could not be happier with the phone bills and the phone calls quality. It was the best decision and my husband is also very pleased with this because we save a significant amount of money and the quality of calls and service features are too good. I use the standard plan and I will not switch to any other company. Highly recommended.
By far Magic Jack is the best VoIP service provider we have used. It is reliable, super fast, cheap and beats all other VoIP's in quality. I switched my landline to VoIP services 7 years ago and tried almost dozens of VoIP providers so far and had very frustrating experience. BUT Magic Jack just cast the magic and did wonders for my family. We have never been so satisfied and effectively connected. The bills have been reduced and voice quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.
