Although my experience of using Bell Canada isn't perfect and that the quality of the line is at times rather poor, overall I would strongly recommend it. customer Service Agent was very polite and professional, however, I could not offer a better rate for my current calling plan. Anyway, Keep up the great work. Thank you for everything. I had a hard time in the beginning. But not anymore.
I have had Bell Canada for quite a long while and I am happy with the service. We've had I few rough spots along the way but it was constantly dealt with. I've updated my Bell Canada modem around 2 times which helped a ton. Voice quality is generally amazing, and I have not had any issues with calls not going through or being dropped. I am satisfied I rolled out the change of provider quite a while back.
We went into Peterborough needing to switch telephones not knowing whether we required another SIM card for sure. Natasha was generally stunning. Helped us switch the phone over, added what we expected to our account, set our old phone to another phone application. I had an excellent experience. We have two mobile phones and a home landline with Bell Canada. Have always had phenomenal customer support additionally and we are multi-year in addition to clients. Yet, Rep Natasha at Bell world was extremely kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. She gave a brilliant customer service and My wife and I would suggest Going there.
