I have a 2017 model Toyota corolla. It's company warranty had ended so in 2018 end i got the extended auto warranty from protection direct. I am extremely happy with their services. They have been catering us so well till date. I faced an issue with the air conditioning wiring which was fixed by them. They offered complete coverage and the best part was that they were quick at it. In short, the provided me with the most efficient services in a hassle free manner. My vote will always be with this company. It is too great hence, highly recommended.

Protection direct has given my car the most reliable protection services till date. I was told by my cousin about their work and i was pretty much trusting him with it. I got my warranty policy at a very good rate which was friendly to my pocket. Hands down, they have provided outstanding services to us. Their customer service is 10/10 as they have the sweetest and the most efficient team working tirelessly to bring satisfaction to us. They covered my claim for wear and tear as well and i must say it was hassle free with zero useless waiting period.

I purchased this coverage and faithfully paid my premium monthly on time.I needed a new AC compressor t and they assisted us with getting the supplier to replace it and they paid all the labor cost.They have always come back and purchase extended time on their warranties. Having problems with vehicles can be a very stressful process especially if you don’t have the right warranty company by your side.The purchasing experience was very good and so far, I haven't had any problem with the car.When I had a problem my mechanic called the company and they wired him money without delay for the repairs. I was very pleased with their service.

We plan on keeping our car for quite a while, and we wanna keep it pleasant and running. I completed a search and at first, Protection Direct was listed as a standout amongst the most solid companies. The Protection Direct reps made my purchasing experience very easy. They clarified a lot of things to me and they made it straightforward. Protection Direct has different plans that cover somebody's needs. Furthermore, they built my plan around my needs. I would recommend them

Protection Direct is just too good. I have been using the services of the company from 4 years. They are prompt, professional and perfect. I needed a full repair of my car and I visited the company to discuss the issue. The customer Rep Stephen took all the details and explained every the tiniest detail that I did not knew about before. They also took a ride to verify the issues. The claim was approved and my car was fully repaired under the warranty of the Protection.

I have had this company for almost five years now. They are, by far, the great company I have ever had to deal with.They listening to me and understood my concerns about the repairs and my warranty questions. Their professionalism was top notch and I could not have asked for better service.I had engine trouble. I took the car in to the dealership to be diagnosed for a knocking noise. The company wouldn't authorize the engine teardown, I had to agree to be responsible for the cost. They would reimburse me if they approved the repairs. It appears to me that the contract coverage, term and pricing hit the sweet spot. I'll sure tell my friends about you. Thank you for your honest business dealing.
