Mike went the extra mile for me. I had a problem with my engine and initially they said it wasn't covered. They suggested the car dealership to pay for the part. The dealership told me they have never had an extended warranty company offer anything. I purchased the highest package they offered. Patriot split the cost since it was not covered. This is the second time I have had to use them and both times they were helpful and attentive. This guy from Detroit can honestly say they did a pretty good job. Thank you Patriot Warranty. I'm very happy I purchased a warranty from them.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DOLLAR! IF YOU HAVE CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP AND REPORT THEM AS FRAUD AS THEY WILL NEVER PAY FOR ANY CLAIMS SUBMITTED. DON'T FALL FOR ANY OF THEIR ADVERTISED CLAIMS, THEY ARE ALL LIES. LET'S CLOSE THEM DOWN! Ralph Elliott, Marcus Phelps, Stephen West, Paula Smith are all conman and will take your money knowing full well they will never pay any claim. Any favorable review you see is not from a real person who has actually worked with this criminal organization. Please, if you have been a victim of this company do the following. We need to all help close this criminal organization down. * Report them to the SD Attorney General * Report them to your own States Attorney General * Report them with the BBB - You will see they are a F! But please keep reporting your experiences and what practices they used so others know before they fall victim to this fraudulent organization. * Report them and your experience on bestcompany website. You will see there are dozens of people reporting their scam. * Contact and report your incident to the FTC (they are willfully collecting money from people in other States knowing full well they DO NOT pay legitimate claims they advertise they do. The owners of this organization and all those affiliated with them who have willfully taking peoples money knowing full well they don't pay any claims and what they advertise on the website are untrue are all going to be under investigation and hopefully prosecuted very soon. Anyone out there who has been a victim, please please take a moment and report your experience with them to the FTC. These guys are absolute conman. * Go to and report your experience with them on the RipOff report. * Go to and report your experience with Pissed Consumer. Again, if you have been a victim and they won't pay all of your money back call your credit card company and dispute the charge. You will be able to get your money back. Aside from that, get the word out on this fraudulent organization so others don't have to go thru this experience. They have no dealer network and no reputable dealership has ever head of this company. I personally reached out to over 20 Porsche dealers around the US and not a single service manager has ever heard of this company. They have another company by the name of ASE Warranty Plans, which allows them to work in CA, at least for the time being because Patriot Warranty was served a cease and desist letter for unlawful conduct and business practices. Go to the Patriot Warranty website and then the ASE Warranty Plans website ... look at the similarities. They literally use the same login! Let's close them down. Let's stop companies like this from existing and taking your hard earned dollar.

A victory for the little guy! So, last November I thought I found a somewhat reputable extended warranty, so I put $500 down on $1,500 'Patriot Extended Warranty' policy. They promised a worry free refund for 30 days if requested. The next few days, I dug deep and found horrible reviews and decided to cancel. I called, they gave me some BS... I had to fill out some forms and send a freaking "notarized letter" asking for the refund. I spoke, very nicely, to this #JohnathanBennett 10xs.... until last week. Last week I told them,"if I don't get my refund by the 16th, I'm going to social media." This afternoon, I called and told #JonathanBennett at #patriotwarranty to go f himself with my money and standby for heavy-rolls. I told this guy I was going to contact EVERY American Legion and VFW within 100 miles of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where they are located, and inform them how, #patriotwarranty, is misrepresenting the word "Patriot" and how exactly they are being unpatriotic. 2 hours later, after reaching out to local establishments, on FB, in Sioux Falls, and even a law office IN their building?.... I received an email saying "your card has been REFUNDED." I'll believe it when I actually see it. Thank God for social media, and I will surely pass this on to EVERY person who had to recourse to YELP and the Better Business Bureau. ?#JOHNATHANBENNETT ?#PATRIOTWARRANTY
