I purchased a warranty from Delta Auto for my Honda Accord EX-L. The process of buying was transparent and easy and sales rep explained everything very precisely. I received my documents three weeks after I purchased the warranty and had to wait for another week for my ID. I was able to use my warranty only when I finally received my ID. Thus far its going good.

I purchased an extended warranty for my 2011 Fairline T38 in 2017 from Delta Auto and it was worth it. Last month when I wanted to went sailing and started my boat the throttle was losing neutral point and turbos also seemed to fail at full speed. It required immediate attention. I called my account rep and he sorted everything.

My experience with the Delta Auto has always been too good. I purchased extended warranty 2 years ago on my friend's recommendation. I used to rant in front of her about the repair expenses and all the fatigue and stress I always faced because of my second hand Honda Accord. I could not saved a penny in past 5 years since I bought it because of the maintenance and repair expenses that were incurred . I was thinking to sell my car finally in 2017 because I was no longer able to afford it. I discussed it with her and I could not thank her enough to tell me about Delta Auto her husband was a happy client of this company. Long story short! I purchased warranty and it was the best decision of my life. The quotes were very attractive and offers were amazing. I always get the best customers services and not a single request of repair has been declined in these 2 years. In fact they are always there to respond promptly and professionally. Delta auto is the best.

I purchased a plan for my Lexus in March 2018. After 6 months of buying the warranty I faced the issue of leak of small coolant. According to the dealer the problem was in the expansion tank and the oil gasket made the oil leaked into the belt and pully. The bill was $ 2600 and I am so grateful all was covered by my warranty plan. I could not be happier with the best coverage options and prompt response of its representatives.

Delta is my best choice. I have been using the Delta Auto's services from past 7 years and until now haven't had any disappointing experience or issue. I purchased my warranty for my boat initially 5 years ago because I am a sailor by passion but later after having the best services also purchased an extended warranty for my Ford. The plans are super cool with customized options, extra free services and its exceptional staff make Delta a prefect choice. Last year my boat's engine was broken down after something was struck in it. The representative helped me to get the repair done in cheap rates and within the given time. I always get the best value for my money.

Delta Auto-Protect really helped me when I needed it the most. This morning I had a flat tire on my way to my Dr's appointment and I had no spare wheel. I had to call Delta Auto-Protect and they had someone come out to assist me. The person was on time and very friendly. He provided a professional service. They changed my tire, I am a happy customer. All it cost me was my deductible. Thank you.

So far, my experience with Delta Auto Protect has been average. I've spoken a supervisor and we've had certain issues settled. I've filed a few claims and one time, they didn't cover something, at that point the other two times, they did. They have to get the follow through or their internal process should be better.

Other than getting a great deal, the customer service was very professional in all aspects of the warranty details. I was informed on all ends of the extended coverage from what can turn out badly with my car, to how incredible claims department will be when I call in during a time of need. They even offered a discount which helped with my savings. I would recommend your company to any of my friends that are searching for extended warranties for their cars.

I needed to get my engine fixed and in spite of the fact that I had a warranty, I tried to extend it with Delta Auto Protect. Yet, what they let me know was so not quite the same as what I agreed on. I tried to file a claim when I signed up with them however they couldn't help me toward the start. At last, tried to file a claim when I signed up with them what I expected to, however, I dropped a lot of things because this insurance is not enough to pay for the cost of the repairs.
