I was extremely disappointed with their services. The customer service was extremely discourteous. The claims procedure was moderate and took forever. They never truly feel like they are tuning in to me or my complaints. It's disappointing at times. The one good thing I need to say about the Automobile Club of Southern California is that it is cheap, yet cheap in service as well. Automobile Club of Southern California failed and didn't document a form with the state that made my license to be suspended.

I live in Houston since the past 10 years. When I got my first car, it was 7 years back and it got damaged due to an accident. That is when I made a promise to myself to get my car a protection policy. I was financially able to get the policy around 4 years back and I think it was the best decision made for my car. I went to Automobile Club of Southern California. I was welcomed to their closest branch where they met all my requirements with a very satisfying attitude. They answered all my questions and my coverage plan was secured within a week. Highly recommended.

Auto mobile club was a little bit disappointing when i first had to claim after a bad accident i incurred on the highway. I was initially very much satisfied with their policy and other services. But this particular incident got me thinking. I was not sure if i made the right decision. However, their manager personally apologized and promised that i will not have to face such a thing again and he promised right. Unfortunately, my wife was driving my car and was hit by a bike. This time their services amazed me. Quicker than i expected. I think they are back in my good books! Thumbs up guys!

Extremely incredible customer service. My wife had an accident a couple of months back and he called immediately. The customer service rep walked him through what he expected to gather for data info even talked with the other man of his word while they were all on the telephone. We have been with AUTOMOBILE CLUB OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA for quite a long while now and am totally happy with the rates, the coverage, and the service.I will definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family.

I get my auto insurance here as well I am truly grateful for the roadside assistance they just have so much to offer and everybody's always so nice and helpful.They are quick to respond to questions. They have been fair when I have filed a claim.They have a great website that is very helpful and easy to use and a great claims service.Their adjusters come to you and are easy to deal with. Appointments are recommended so you don't have to wait but otherwise it's a fair service for the price paid. They are fast and efficient in taking care of all my insurance needs. Their prices are pretty good, though and the discount opportunities are plentiful.

I have not needed to file any claims with Automobile Club of Southern California despite the fact that I am certain that it would be simple, fast and effectively done. Coverage is affordable and simple to get. There are different choices available for anybody and any budget. One would be happy with the Automobile Club of Southern California. It has given me coverage that I require at an exceptionally reasonable price. I would happily recommend the Automobile Club of Southern California to other people.

My car became nonoperative. My ACSA policy covered the balance of my bills.They have been fair when I have filed a claim. Their adjusters come to you and are easy to deal with.Low cost and easy to understand policies. I liked that they were honest and really felt they cared about getting me the best insurance policy that covered me.They helped things go very smoothly for a stressful situation. Their response is immediate and they work to respond to customer needs in a rapid, timely manner.They are a wonderful company to work with, fast and efficient and taking care of all my insurance needs. I highly recommend them!

I got my insurance policy for my car last year. I am usually not an insurance person but i was convinced as my brother in law was already having their services so i thought let's give it a try. I was reached out by their representatives immediately and i was happy how they treat their customers. I was given all the information about it in detail and since i had a lot of queries and questions, i was so glad they answered everything with patience and in depth. I later claimed for coverage after i damaged the back lights of my car in an accident and the process was smooth. Thumbs up!

They came through in a timely manner with respectable people who come to help. They are also reliable and keep me up to date when they are servicing me from start to finish.

ACSC insured my car in 2013 and am fan of this company since then. Getting an auto insurance had never been so easy and prompt. The policy documents were simple and clear to understand and did not require long procedures. My agent Linda was extremely helpful and assisted me in the entire process honestly. I have had to file a claim last year and it was worth $3000. ACSC cleared the clam in just one week and provided full coverage for repair. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.

I have my car insured with this company. The agent that dealt me was super awesome. He was very friendly and courteous. He is very helpful and a very hardworking person. Whenever I have any problem occurred, he is there to help in first go. He also helps me clear my claims. The packages they are offering are also good. The support they are providing is excellent. I never had any complaint against them. The whole staff is amazing. I would recommend their service to everyone.
