I would recommend Alfa to my very close ones. For the price, this isn't bad insurance. It covers what it needs to and is pretty simple to get. My claim was handled immediately and the customer service agent was friendly and addressed inquiries wisely. I had no real problems with the procedure from beginning to end. Alfa seems to be a good value for the money. The only issue I have is my insurance goes up 30 dollars every 3 months.
I was extremely disappointed with their services. The customer service was extremely discourteous. The claims procedure was moderate and took forever. They never truly feel like they are tuning in to me or my complaints. It's disappointing at times. The one good thing I need to say about the Automobile Club of Southern California is that it is cheap, yet cheap in service as well. Automobile Club of Southern California failed and didn't document a form with the state that made my license to be suspended.
I'd like to express my gratitude towards PeopleSmart for all the assistance in finding different members of my family. I have had a wonderful experience since I joined a year ago. I found an auntie I had lost contact with throughout the years. Your service is very easy to use and your representative was so useful and professional. PeopleSmart is the way to find out the information you need!!
The first time when you use HireRight Express, it asks you a lot of questions about the person you're trying to find, and it takes around 10 to 12 minutes. The data it pulls up is simply similar stuff that I could simply get myself. The dates were also wrong, I don't know how that happens. Extremely frustrated, and I'm out $30. Sorry, but I will not be recommending them to others.
We didn't have the Voice over IP previously and 8x8 was recommended to us from our IT person. We once in a while needed to call them however whenever we have, they've been useful. When I have a technical issue it has been a battle since they need to email and afterward you take a stab at something and email back as it's not as simple as simply talking with someone and walking you through an option that is, other than that they are wonderful.
I was amazed at the quick response I got from the CheapCaribbean team. I booked a room in a hotel for a wedding coming up in a week, at the last second I could no longer attend the wedding and needed to cancel my room. I got an email and call from them on in a day, guaranteeing me that this charge would be removed from my charge card in 5-7 days. I am extremely grateful. Thank you.
