They have great and quick customer support. They are also helpful and have consistently had great prices for me. TAll claims have been processed without issue. For the price, this is not bad insurance. It covers what it needs to and is really simple to obtain.
Last year my parents gifted me my dream car. I had the car but I was always worried while driving it around scared of damaging it. That's when it occurred to me that I should secure my car, after all it is one of my assets. I researched and shortlisted some companies and ended up going to American Access Casualty to get my hands on some reasonable yet reliable insurance policy. I went there with expectations and I am happy to say that they did not let me down. 2 days ago, I hit my car against a pole by mistake and it took me a while to realize what a good decision I had made. I am in touch with their concerned department. My coverage process is going on, they are pretty fast at it.

I called to get new insurance cards and the agent found me a discount and could bring down my rate. I would recommend AMERICAN ACCESS CASUALTY to anybody.

No bad experiences.They were quick to help me out of the situation, without making it any more stressful than it already was.Always keeps us 100 percent up to date on our policy.They have taken very good care of my insurance needs. I like the plan, the insurance cost, and the representative who serves us.Diligent follow-up to make sure all was satisfactory. Fair claims adjustment and rapid payment of claims.I will refer them to anyone.
Never had any issues, always returns my calls instantly regardless of whether I simply need to make an inquiry and the rates are entirely great. I filed a claim a couple of years back and they paid with no problems and my premium did not go up like I figured it would. So I would suggest them if you are looking for auto insurance and they even give you a little lower rate on the off chance that you likewise have another policy with them.

I call the company and sent their agent right away to observe the situation and rate the loss. I was compensated within 2 weeks and gave full coverage to repair the car. The other driver who hit my car was dealt with politeness and advised him to get out of this situation lawfully. I am very satisfied with ACC.
American Access Casualty Company (AACC) is a high-growth auto insurance company . I have been using american access for my car insurance.They found several problems. My car was fixed and I was totally happy with the repairs on my car.They made the necessary corrections on their end and advised us that they would handle the impoundment fees that were incurred due to their error. I was very concerned about the cost to repair my car and really did not know what to do. the staff was patient kind and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated . I have already told my friends how happy I am with my American Auto Shield. Thank you very much!
