Th paperwork on our walls has 20 years warranty. we found a water stain on one wall of our room and that was adjacent to the light. We contacted Alure and our call was forwarded to Jhon on the call. He was smart, communicative and an expert. He listened to every detail and ask few but important questions. He estimated the cost roughly and that was exactly according to our budget. He gave us appointment of 2 days later as he was already working somewhere. When he came to our house he observed the situation in detail and changed the estimation cost as according to him the issue was not big and he could get it done in a week. We were so pleased with his professionalism, attitude and on top of it the quality of work. We never had that issue again. Now we are regular customer of Alure Home Improvements.
I purchased an Amana 18.7 Cu bottom deep freezer in 2010. It s still working perfectly. I did not have to sacrifice much space for it and it was very affordable. It look so nice in the kitchen as it comes in different colors and you can match it with the interior of the kitchen. In this model of the freezer it does not have drawer but a door and have shelves having enough space. t had the warranty of 6 years and is still in very good condition. I would rate it highest among other brands because it is low on budget and very efficient in performance and storage space. The customer service is very good and if there comes any problem (after warranty finishes you may have minor issues like temperature maintenance) they advice you and provide you repair. Highly recommended
