Fonality has been an amazing partner for my business in terms of their services. I have made use of their service for my sales. The calls have become so much smoother inbound as well as outbound calls. I believe this was something that we were lacking which connected us to our suppliers, partners and our customers. It has been 2 months since i got their services signed up for my business and till now the experience is really well and good.
My experience of using the services of Fonality isn't great and that the quality of the line is once in a while rather poor, overall I would recommend it. It is much less expensive than our past experience using a normal landline. The client support agent was exceptionally polite and professional. Keep doing awesome work. Thank you for everything. I had a hard time in the beginning but not anymore.

We use Fonality for both our inbound/outbound sales and client help. It's easy to understand and I usually use the dashboard particularly the one where you tell the system where every one of the calls to go. At whatever point I have an issue, they're great to help to the point where they'll basically settle it and in the event that they can't, they'll see another person who will do it until the point when it's resolved. It is easier for us to communicate within the offices and we’re able to get each call and not let any call pass through on.It was the best option at that time.The system will allow me to work at a different location while my co-workers work here and then we can still transfer and talk to each other. I still use them and it's working fine right now.We had regular phones before and compared to Fonality, it's obviously VoIP and works so much better.Everything we've ever done with Fonaality has been great and we've been very pleased.Their people have been very helpful whenever I've gotten in touch with them.
