We had Lingo for office use and our involvement in them was excellent. In spite of the fact that I didn't have a lot of associations with their reps, they were knowledgeable with those that I had with them. Lingo has been straightforward and simple and I didn't need to consider anything. We use it as a phone and voice message and that is ideal for us. Sometimes, when we call in a panic, they're in every case exceptionally quiet, cool and collected. They always follow-up. They're extraordinary.

Lingo is an incredible system. The way in which I have it set up works awesome. Compared and my other provider, Lingo is more productive and I can add or subtract in the event that I require more or fewer people. We use Lingo for sales purposes for the most part to outgoing calls and it has enhanced our performance based on the flexibility. Their softphone feature is basic and we use it constantly. I likewise use the dial by the PC with the dashboard type and now I'm sitting tight for them to get their update on their application to download on the PC and I'll replace the Jitsi. The help is magnificent. They've helped me set up and change things. I simply make a telephone call and it's done.

I started using lingo because the service was priced well and had a lot of options that came along with it. If your long-distance calls are primarily domestic, there are more reliable VoIP alternatives. The Lingo installation process is straightforward. When you sign up for Lingo's service, the company sends you a proprietary Primus telephone adapter.This service is outstanding! Practical and offers wonderful options with email retrieval of messages that is so handy when traveling. The ability to answer business calls from anywhere in the world has been helpful.We're solving the problem of connecting colleagues all around the world without paying crazy international calling fees. We're able to efficiently and affordably connect all of our employees. Buy a quality device off the bat to save you struggles later as it is needed for the cloud based services.


I was very frustrated with the old phone line and I changed to Lingo 6 months ago on a friend's recommendation. I could not be happier with the phone bills and the phone calls quality. It was the best decision and my husband is also very pleased with this because we save a significant amount of money and the quality of calls and service features are too good. I use the standard plan and I will not switch to any other company. Highly recommended.
