I was searching for the best VoIP provider in the city and chose AT&T based on the customer feed back and good pricing. The process of installation was easy an the sales rep help you in understanding the system by giving demos. That make it easy to use. Throughout the 2 years of service with the company we haven't faced any call dropped or bad static issue. It is going great.

AT&T is a company that provides a continuous never disruptive service. I have been using their phone and internet service since the past 8 years and so far it has been one of my most favorite companies. I am a business man and i run many projects with different vendors and most of them are out of country which requires me to have excellent voice over internet protocol services. My communication has always been smooth. Even if there is any issue they resolve it on one call. Highly efficient team working effectively to bring flawless VoIP services to customers. 5 stars!

AT&T is no doubt one of the best VoIP providers in my opinion. Our company had the competitor's services at first and to be honest they were not up to the mark and their customer service was also not very strong. Our company shifted to AT&T services and have been satisfied since then. The VoIP service is so smooth, it just makes everything so flowing in the company. I have also got their services for my home and i am glad they were exist. They have always been polite and respond immediately. I would rate them with 5 stars. Recommended!


My experience with AT&T VoIP has been really magnificent. Whenever during my association with you that I required help the service has quite recently been stellar. As I would like to think customer service is everything and each time that I reached your customer service group everyone that helped me surpassed my expectations. I never left the conversation dissatisfied thus I remain today as from the earliest starting point a most fulfilled and delighted customer. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had AT&T for 2 years. AT&T offers discounts to consumers who add more than one line to their GoPhone accounts; consumers can add up to five lines to one account. The discount can be combined with the multi-line discount for more savings.They have good quality of the equipment you use and understanding on the bills.AT&T has been very good but we’re going to look around for a good, more affordable provider. I never have problems with phone calls or the internet service.They always try to create a win/win situation by giving great deals on the service they provide. I believe that AT&T provides the VERY BEST service and internet speed of all.thank you for great services.


I have been a customer of AT& T from a long time now and I am very satisfied with the quality of services and the readiness and cooperation of its customer service. I have never had any serious issue with the company and whenever their is any issue they are always a call away. Last year I was having issue with the recorded calls they were lost or corrupted . We were doing a survey and used the recorded call to get the feedback of customers and to improve our services. I called the AT&T service center they noted the complaint and sent agent in 2 hours and the issue was resolved there and then. Highly recommended.

I have a digital phone of the TA&T in home (VoIP) and I am very pleased with the services. The customer service is good and they are very responsive and attentive. The service is very functional and proved to be a great conference solution for me. I can record calls and share screen also. It is also very cost effective comparing to the VoIP services of the other companies. I have been using other services of the AT & T and I am more than satisfied with it.

We got AT&T Uverse in our apartment suite two or three years prior. It worked great until this year when it degraded. Lousy speed tests on web, uneven pictures on TV. They endeavored to change the settings, which helped to some degree; in any case, still shoddy. People in our apartment who have Uverse phone benefit have been out for quite a long time. They can't make crisis calls. I needed to credit my Verizon cellphone to an elderly neighbor with serious medical issues if there should arise an emergency. All I can state is whether you have the decision of the old land line and Uverse phone, remain with the old land line. The Uverse phone framework requires a battery backup, which keeps going just a few hours.
