My wife needs a little help in getting to and from the plane because of an accident she was in a year back. The gentleman who helped us guaranteed us that there would be a wheelchair accessible at the ticket counter once we arrived and also one when we arrived. He also ensured that we both had aisle seats as she needs to be able to stretch her legs in flight as she had broken the two legs in the accident.

It was difficult to call customer services. The number was unavailable. l didn't know whether it was alright to buy my ticket since it didn't require my passport number. Then I bought the ticket and everything went fine. Thank you for sending promotions to my email that helps a lot since l usually buy my tickets in a long period before l travel. However, once I talked with someone about going to Canada and Canada to the Philippines then the Philippines to Fort Lauderdale. He hangs up. He disclosed to me he will get back to me yet he never gets back to then I talked to some other agent and he was always there for me.
