I felt the people I dealt were trying to help me each way they could. They also refunded the additional money I paid for seat booking when the airline did not have seating charts available yet. The only issue I had was understanding the English they talked. I needed to request that they repeat things a number of times. Overall, a great experience with their customer service! I am definitely be going to recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with Onetravel. I was looking for the best flight and route to an interior city of Brazil. I searched several websites and talked to various traveling agents but the fares were skyrocketing because of the 3 connected flights and stops. My friend recommended me Onetravel and I could not be happier. It is just exceptional. I had the best deal and the fares were cheaper than all other companies. The options and fares they offer are simply heavenly.This is very usefull application for booking online hotels, trips and planning anything .This application provides you best availablity of things within the minimum budget .so if anyone is looking for the planning trips use this application .When I planned the Goa trip in march 2018 I was looking for hotels for 5 night and 6 days. I purchased a ticket with the best price available. After checking with every price comparing at sites, nobody was close less cheap. After booking, my friend told me some negative reviews about this site, I was in shock and fear that I lost my cash. I am glad to inform that there was nothing to stress over. I had a little issue, got addressed instantly in talk and got the airline confirmation number. I had a great experience with them and got the best price available around and I should include that the tickets were purchased on short notice.
