The agent was polite. I had committed mistakes while booking; I wished to travel to Huntsville, AL, however, my ticket was for Mobile, AL. I was panicked and the agent heard it in my voice. He was assuring as he reminded me he did the bookings every day. I am going with my dog and he gave me all the dimensions of his cage and the majority of the information that they will require his health check and he should be groomed and to check in at the desk when I go to my flight.

They do always have better prices and times without giving up a day off my trip. Thanks a lot people. I will never again use others. Our experience in going to Puerto Rico was seamless. Returning was all the more difficult, because of the weather. We floated along with things and arrived home not as scheduled, but rather everything was fine. We got great customer service along the way and our baggage arrived delivered to our home the next day after we returned home. Communication was great and everything worked out well and in great condition. Everybody was exceptionally professional and certain about what they were doing.
