I am happy I found this site. It was exceptionally simple to book. I compared price and I got a better deal by far. They offered me many different deals and had a coupon code that I could use just as well as a better deal! Thank you so much. I was traveling to Ohio and my cousin with whom i had to planned to stay had to leave for London due to some personal issue. Now i had scheduled and planned my whole trip with my spouse but the issue was where are we going to stay. That is when i got the best ever services from Hotels.com. They helped us get a really good accommodation in a very nice and decent hotel with clean rooms and essential supplies. The rates were also pretty much fine so it turned out to be a great trip for us. 5 stars!

My wife needs a little help in getting to and from the plane because of an accident she was in a year back. The gentleman who helped us guaranteed us that there would be a wheelchair accessible at the ticket counter once we arrived and also one when we arrived. He also ensured that we both had aisle seats as she needs to be able to stretch her legs in flight as she had broken the two legs in the accident.

Booked a hotel in Thailand, absolutely no problems. All bookings were made perfectly, with no extra charges at the hotels (which I was sure would happen). Slightly different process to other hotel booking sites - request a booking, pay a deposit then get a confirmation and pay in full roughly a month before travel.My Consultant was very efficient with bookings and providing the paperwork required for this trip in time before the event.Every step of the reservation was easy for me due to how good they are.The whole process was excellent and no hassles at any time. Pretty good app and quite easy to find and book a hotel in Thailand, interstate and overseas too. Booking process takes less than 2 mins once you're logged into your account and it counts to your rewards points too. I'll be using his services again any time we travel.

I have been using Hotels.com exclusively for very nearly 5 years. I have occasionally committed a mistake on a booking that was 'nonrefundable'. I have called Hotels.com each time and each time they've figured out how to get the charges reversed. I am currently a gold member as I stay in hotels so much every year. I love their rewards program that averages your 10 stays together and gives you that amount of cash towards your next hotel. I have never had an issue with Hotels.com and recommend them to anyone.

Best place to find great deals on your holidays. we had to book rooms at the last minute before our flight and still got a great deal.
