We use Skype at my job. They previously had it set up before I began working here. We use the online portal the most, and the phones are for the most part for general office use. More often than not when we request for support, we get help right away and the people at Skype have always been knowledgeable. Skype system is great. It's clear and simple to explore on the web. It's a decent experience overall. I highly recommend them.
We use Verizon VoIP a lot for telecommuting, transfer of calls and inbound/outbound calls. We have likewise done conference calls. We use a few lines and that makes the system awesome. It keeps our office running. Their reps hooked us with voice message boxes independently and assisted me with after-hours messaging. They help me on the telephone and always catch up with a ticket in the email. They have wonderful customer service and are always there when we require them.
Vonage's customer service is astounding. At whatever point I have any inquiries, they get right back to me. I appreciate the service and they've been extremely extraordinary. I don't keep running many issues with them. We have it as a phone system for office use if we need people to bring in, however, I have used the faxing feature more, and were based on the internet, so all that we do is through email. Likewise, the Vonage Customer people were above courteous. When I previously got the system up, set up the entire dashboard and the stage up to where the calls get routed to, they were amazing at helping me do that.
Our phone system got upgraded to Windstream VoIP. It can save quick-dial numbers on it which make it more helpful than our past system. It also made it easier to have different people accept calls. Rather than bringing down a written by hand massage, I'm ready to transfer to someone else who needs to address the person that is on the phone. Also, the team has been exceptionally useful and has cleared up any misinterpretations or any confusion that I may have experienced while working the device. Overall, it's been an extremely efficient and quick service.
We're using the whole phone system of XO Communications and with the system, the call flow and patient experience have made improved. There's no busy signal which I like. Additionally, the call is directed where the patient or the people calling inbound can choose who they have to talk with so we don't need to transfer them a few times so I like that a lot. Their staff has been exceptionally responsive when there were two or three problem-solving and troubleshooting. In general, I'm extremely happy with them.
A year ago, I bought a house which had a great deal of home improvement stuff done, and it came along with an 18-month interest-free with the Home Improvement card.
