We use Verizon VoIP a lot for telecommuting, transfer of calls and inbound/outbound calls. We have likewise done conference calls. We use a few lines and that makes the system awesome. It keeps our office running. Their reps hooked us with voice message boxes independently and assisted me with after-hours messaging. They help me on the telephone and always catch up with a ticket in the email. They have wonderful customer service and are always there when we require them.
Verizon offers bundled services such as Internet access points for Wi-Fi along with VoIP, making it easier for businesses to streamline and simplify operations.It works great over wifi from my computer and the calls always come through clear. Also useful for organizing contacts and receiving text messages.Has completely changed our workflows and made our distributed team much more dynamic and connected.The ability to text our clients from our phone has been huge and also the ability to maintain consistency through out all of our devices allows us to stay in better communication internally and with out clients.If you still need maximum functionality, you might need a different product until they get the additional features worked in.
Verizon is just exceptional. It is just amazing company all in all. The customer service, the features, speed , connectivity, and quality is just premium. I cannot recommend enough this company. I have been using Verizon for not only the business purpose but also as a private number. I have never had any issues. If any minor issue arises the customer service just rush to your help.
