Our phone system got upgraded to Windstream VoIP. It can save quick-dial numbers on it which make it more helpful than our past system. It also made it easier to have different people accept calls. Rather than bringing down a written by hand massage, I'm ready to transfer to someone else who needs to address the person that is on the phone. Also, the team has been exceptionally useful and has cleared up any misinterpretations or any confusion that I may have experienced while working the device. Overall, it's been an extremely efficient and quick service.

We use windstream to track what kind of calls we receive to help grow our business in the areas that are most asked about.It is one of the best systems I have encountered for as it is the most streamline and partnering up with Verizon and their cloud service is one of the best we have ever encountered.The best part is that the calls get routed through to our devices!It is easy to click and call from different apps and websites and easy to answer a call when we r working on other things. It's much easier than when trying to hold a traditional phone to your ear and type at the same time. I recommend everybody to use it because it is very easy to manage and give perfect solution.


I switched to Windstream 5 months ago and I am very satisfied and happy. This service is just beyond my expectations and it offer so much that you get amazed by the convenience and user friendliness. I have never had to call to customer service because it is just working perfectly. The installation was easy and simple and the agent explained every step thoroughly so that we have an idea how it works. I wish I knew about Windstream before. Highly recommended.
