We're using the whole phone system of XO Communications and with the system, the call flow and patient experience have made improved. There's no busy signal which I like. Additionally, the call is directed where the patient or the people calling inbound can choose who they have to talk with so we don't need to transfer them a few times so I like that a lot. Their staff has been exceptionally responsive when there were two or three problem-solving and troubleshooting. In general, I'm extremely happy with them.

Their staff is extremely competent, and get to the root of any issue or question that arises. Their billing and service packages are transparent and easy to understand.They are willing to do whatever needs to be done to make things happen. Adding and removing users and phones to the system are pretty easy. This product can be used in small or large enterprise installations.They are always willing to help or at least figure it out.If you need a VOIP solution and you want the highest level of service at a reasonable price then XO Communications is the right choice.
I have been using the Xo from 4 years now. This company is just super cool. The setup installation was very easy and prompt. the customer service is very good and they are very responsive to your calls, emails and text messages. Xo provides special features to the business clients and they offer so many differential services that you cannot find anywhere else. I am very pleased that I switched to Xo after being frustrated by dozens of VoIPs. Highly recommended.
