I had an issue where my reservation date defaulted back to the inaccurate date that I was attempting to book a hotel for. This resulted in my having booked two different hotels for that night by mistake. I called Customer Service, and they disclosed to me that I would get a telephone call from a Manager the following business day. I was reached the following morning, and they could make the asked for reservation change. They are simply awesome! I would book with them once more, knowing how helpful they were with fixing my issue.
I have been using Hotels.com exclusively for very nearly 5 years. I have occasionally committed a mistake on a booking that was 'nonrefundable'. I have called Hotels.com each time and each time they've figured out how to get the charges reversed. I am currently a gold member as I stay in hotels so much every year. I love their rewards program that averages your 10 stays together and gives you that amount of cash towards your next hotel. I have never had an issue with Hotels.com and recommend them to anyone.

As a small tour group operator, I have referred many customers to this company during the most recent three years, and Thalia has been an amazingly helpful agent who has made a special effort to get us the best prices. The prices are better than what I can get somewhere else, and if there is a glitch, it is more often than not with respect to the airline and out of her control. I have booked international flights through this company across sometimes 3 or 4 continents and has never been let down. One customer needed to cancel a flight and had no issue getting a refund.

Twice I have discovered lower rates by going straightforwardly to that property's site. Besides, one of those sites Kayak guides you to continues raising their rates each time you click far from their page to look at and returning to it regardless of whether it's a time difference of 10 seconds or less! I don't care for being played that way! Other than that, Kayak is genuinely simple to use.

They have called to inform me of better deals over what I have already booked, such great positives, I don't realize what else to state. I have followed my agent from the store I met her at, to her new store that she moved toward becoming manager of once it opened. I will keep on using this business as long as I can.
Recently I booked a Flight ticket of my child from London to Amsterdam and return costing 400 pounds. My Wallet was having 80 pounds usable amount. While doing the booking on the telephone it was told to me that you can't use My Wallet amount and I was requested to pay 400 pound- by sharing an payment link. I paid with my Credit card and got the ticket. Later I saw that My Wallet 80 pound was taken away for the booking. I need my full cash back credited to my account. Then I contacted their customer support again, they fixed the issue quickly.
I purchased a ticket with the best price available. After checking with every price comparing at sites, nobody was close less cheap. After booking, my friend told me some negative reviews about this site, I was in shock and fear that I lost my cash. I am glad to inform that there was nothing to stress over. I had a little issue, got addressed instantly in talk and got the airline confirmation number. I had a great experience with them and got the best price available around and I should include that the tickets were purchased on short notice.

It's extremely easy to navigate, I love the guest ratings and maps to show you exactly where the hotels are, and how it records the majority of your credits and savings. One thing would make it perfect - if there was a compare tool. Other than that, I adore the site and the vacation bundle I was taking a look at was the least expensive here!
My 17-year old girl simply completed a 2-week trip at OB, North Carolina. She returned happily and excited, revealing that her "group" had moved toward becoming family to her. She was a bit wounded from one fall while running, however, she had picked up trust in herself, a love of nature, and a more open mind about people and difficulties. We couldn't be more cheerful. I can't address the end result for other people. In our case, it was tremendous for our little girl.
