The way that you can make payments on your trip so you won't go into debt is simply marvelous! A trip from Ohio to Hawaii for 4 is very expensive. We got a discount code on our trip, whenever flight information changed, as often happens, we were informed, and when we arrived, check in went easily. I'll be using them again one year from now to plan my next trip.

I called them early today, two or after three weeks, to cancel, and the cancellation process couldn't have been simpler. This was an awesome visit to experience seeing the canyon. The company was spot on time lifting us up from the hotel to take us to the tour bus. The driver was extremely pleasant. She made a lot of jokes and kept us engaged all through the ride. The buses are comfortable however I suggest bringing a pillow cause the ride is long. The wifi was spotty now and again during the ride. They served us a small breakfast too.
The lunch buffet was fair. You can get full and walk it off at the canyon. You get around an hour to 90 minutes to get great pictures and explore the canyon. We visited the South Rim which the views were astonishing.
This is an incredible company to run places with IF you can get booked! Once out and about, we had no complaints; we traveled both by river cruise and land trips. They are an incredible value yet the booking procedure they do themselves is never again working. They should consider outsourcing this booking process. Buyer be careful! Try not to give time a chance to pass when booking travel with this organization. Do everything on the day the catalog comes!
The airline through which I was traveling with was late and lost my baggage. The Hilton Hotel in Memphis couldn't have been more useful. It was very late when I got to the hotel. They were extremely understanding that I didn't have my baggage because of the airline. I was extremely worn out and hungry by then. They kept the kitchen open longer for me to put in a request, gave a complimentary pastry and the following morning the majority of the toiletries were sitting tight for me at the door. Awesome company and extraordinary people.
