I have a good relationship with my representative at Zurich North America. I've just needed to make a claim once when lightning damaged some important PC equipment, yet I was extremely satisfied with the service. The agent took care of my claim in an auspicious way, realizing that I rely upon my PC for my living. He came out to the house and took the time to reassure me that everything would be alright. He didn't simply carry out his job and leave. I'm so happy that I used Zurich North America.
I have been a customer of the Zurich from several years and have never had any issue so far. It has and exceptional team of professionals. They are very prompt, professional and kind. I filed claim several times and never faced rejection or delay in the processing of claim. Last claim was filed against the broken wall as s result of the fallen tree in stormy night. The customer service was prompt and really helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The claim has never been easy before. Last year when we hit by the storm, our agent was there to help us. He tried everything possible to make the situation normal and I am very thankful to him. He is a real professional. I would recommend them to everyone.
