While on vacation my hot water heater in a closed cupboard in the kitchen spilled. Homesite is the best. I have been the customer of the company from several years now and never had any kind of complaint rather I have all the positive things to share. The staff is extremely professional and they are always there to help you and guide in the best way. Our gate and wall was broken after a mini truck accidentally hit the house. However, everything was taken care of by the Homesite. I highly recommend the company to anyone.
After extended trip, returned home to find major leak in kitchen. Cabinets, floors ruined. I called the company and filed the claim. They quickly sent an inspector and the claim process went very smoothly and I was reimbursed by a fair amount. Happy with their attitude and final results. Claims process was seamless and very timely. Follow up to the claim by the agent was excellent. The Company makes me feel important for who I am and not for the premium that I will pay.It was great one Home Insurance owner because if something happen of the house they will assurance that they will have warranty of the house that need to fix.I recommend them without hesitation anytime.
On my girl's birthday, we experience high winds and our neighbor's tree hit our home. Fortunately, nobody was at home. Our agent David was on it quick and within half a month the whole rooftop was replaced. The interior was finished professionally too. Lots of drama at first not surprisingly, however, our agent was reassuring and extremely supportive during the whole procedure. Everybody that I connected with at Homesite Homeowners Insurance was extremely professional. They didn't attempt and cut corners on anything and really exceeded my expectations with a totally new rooftop.
